Introduction
Processors are the building blocks of an Asgard workflow. Each one does a specific job, and connecting them together forms a complete AI workflow.
In Odin these processors are the nodes on a Flow Agent workflow canvas. A new Flow Agent arrives with a default five-node flow, and further nodes are added through Add Target Node in a node's property panel. Without the visual editor, the same thing is written as spec.processors in the Workflow CRD.

The categories and descriptions below match the menu you see when adding a node in the Flow Agent editor.

- Exit - The endpoint of a workflow, or a transfer point to continue into another one
- Router - Decide the workflow path according to If, Else If and Else conditions
Message
- Push Message - Direct message response output
- Listen Message - Waiting for message input

- Retrieve Knowledge - Retrieve from a knowledge base in natural language
API
- HTTP Request - Send a request over HTTP, for calling external APIs and webhooks
Automation Tool
These two processors appear only in Automation Tool workflows; the Flow Agent node menu does not list them.
- Validate Payload - Validate the incoming payload
- Response - Format the returned result
Available only through the Workflow CRD
- LLM Query Database - Query a database by turning a natural-language question into SQL. The type is legal in the Workflow CRD, but the editor's node menu does not offer it
For details, see each processor's own reference page.
